Is electric power viable?

Electric power is absolutely a viable power source for pontoon boats.

Battery technology has progressed to the point where running time and ease of charging are no longer an issue. On-board chargers and even solar panels are now available to keep your electric Pontoon ready when you are. Prices are reasonable and maintenance is not an issue. Electric power for Pontoons is the wave of the future and some day even water skiing and tubing may be possible with electric power.
